Green Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This might not look good but I dare you to try it! Very healthy breakfast or snack and it taste very sweet like sugar... my husband said it taste like skittles.

Ingredients:
1 cup grapes
1 Slice of Lemon... about 1/4-1/6 of the lemon
1 cup pineapple
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
3 leaves of kale
Ground Flaxseed 1 to 2 tbs (coffee grinder makes it easy)

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can also add ice or water depending on how thick you like it.

  2. these things are awesome with lime or lemon like you have, makes them all tangy. i don't think i've ever put grapes in one of mine before, but that's probably a good addition. glad you found a way to grind your flax seeds!
