No Meat Dinner

When losing weight and becoming healthy it is important to cut back on you meat. You should eat very little to no meat. I choose to eat meat about 2 times a week, however if you decide not to eat any meat make sure you take a B12 vitamin.

Recipe:
For 2 adults & 1-2 kids

Ingredients:
Salt free chips or whole wheat soft tacos
1 cup beans
2 tomatoes
6 green onions
1/2-1/4 onion
3 leaves romaine lettuce
Garlic Seasoning

Cook the beans like the package says or buy some from a can, make sure you get salt free. If you cook the beans from a bag wash them then soak in water overnight. After cooking the beans mash them to make a paste which you will put on the bottom of the plate. Blanch 2 tomatoes then cut the tomatoes, onions, green onions, and romaine lettuce into small pieces. Put the tomatoes on top of the beans then add everything else. Last sprinkle garlic seasoning over-top everything.

You can add or change around ingredients to your taste. For example add mushrooms, green or red peppers, garlic, and black olives.

Use your chips to eat the dish, or wrap everything up in a whole wheat soft taco shell. Make sure you pick no salt chips or "whole wheat" soft tacos.
